Put On Your Dancin’ Shoes For World Dance Day

Get those dancing shoes on! World Dance Day is almost here!

Head to The Open Space (2530 Superior Avenue #503 Cleveland) this Sunday Apr 29 from 4-8 p.m. to celebrate World Dance Day!

The main purpose of World Dance Day is to honor the dancer in every one of us and attract the attention of all communities to the Art of Dance. All Dance communities are invited to participate as The Open Space showcases and promotes their arts and cultures, presenting a cross-cultural awareness to the world, in celebration of our humanity.

All are invited to bring food and friends for a potluck brunch! To participate as a Presenter or Choreographer, you may contact Joan Greenwood, Sanjib Bhattacharya, Laura Branco or The Open Space (https://www.facebook.com/theopenspaceCLE/) via Facebook messenger.

Dance is both an art form and a method of communication in cultures around the world and is practiced by millions of people. Come communicate through dance at The Open Space this weekend!
