Meet Barrier-Breaking Larry Doby

Head to the Baseball Heritage Museum this weekend to celebrate dreams, achievements and breaking barriers!

Meet Larry Doby this Saturday Jun 30 at 1 p.m. at the Baseball Heritage Museum (6601 Lexington Avenue Cleveland). Bring the whole family for stories and activities celebrating the legacy of Larry Doby, the first African American player in the American League.

Family story-time will begin at 2 p.m. with a reading of the book, Just as Good: How Larry Doby Changed America’s Game by Chris Crowe.
