Eldred Theater Presents The Drowsy Chaperone

There’s a new production hitting the stage at Case Western Reserve University!

Eldred Theater presents The Drowsy Chaperone at CWRU Department of Theater (2070 Adelbert Road Cleveland) this Friday Nov 9 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday Nov 10 at 7:30 p.m., Sunday Nov 11 at 3 p.m., Friday Nov 16 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday Nov 17 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday Nov 18 at 3 p.m.

The Drowsy Chaperone by Bob Martin, Don McKellar, Lisa Lambert, and Greg Morrison is directed by Keli Schimelpfening with Musical Direction by Mike Caraffi.

Seeking a cure for a case of the ‘blues’, a middle-aged musical theater aficionado takes us along as he listens to a recording of his favorite guilty pleasure, The Drowsy Chaperone. This musical within a comedy pokes fun at the unselfconscious giddiness of musical theatre circa 1928.

Tickets range from $5 – $10 and can be purchased online at http://theater.case.edu/tickets/the-drowsy-chaperone/.

Don’t miss this performance!
