Take a Historical Trip Down Millionaire’s Row

Millionaire’s Row: An Evening of History Fundraiser happens this Thursday Jan 10 from 6 – 9:30 p.m. at Glidden House (1901 Ford Dr. Cleveland).

Enjoy an evening of history in the stunning architecture of the Glidden House. The Cleveland Storyteller, Dan Ruminski, will give his talk “Millionaire’s Row” about the Golden Age of Industry in Cleveland. While many of the mansions on Euclid Avenue are no longer standing, The Glidden House of the same era remains with many of the original details intact.

Arrive to the striking facade of the Glidden House and your vehicle will be cared for by our valet team. As you are welcomed through the front door you are invited to savor cocktails and heavy appetizers provided by Zack Bruell Events and Catering. Then you will settle in as Dan takes you on a walk back in time down Euclid Avenue, or Millionaire’s Row to learn about Frank. K Glidden’s contemporaries. Finish off the night with dessert and coffee where you are able to stroll the original mansion home of the Glidden Family and ask Dan any lingering questions that you have.

All proceeds from this fundraising event will benefit The Music Settlement. $75 per person includes valet parking, 2 drink tickets, appetizers, admission to The Cleveland Storyteller, desserts and coffee.

To reserve tickets, call Laura Brdar at (216) 658-9104.
